This notice explains the current website’s use of cookies and similar browser technologies. The Highsfield validation site does not presently set analytics, advertising, authentication, preference, or marketing cookies, and it does not use persistent browser storage for prototype projects.
Current cookie status
The public website can be viewed without an account or cookie banner because no non-essential cookie is currently configured. The site does not recognize returning visitors, build interest profiles, remember campaign briefs, personalize advertising, measure cross-site behavior, or maintain a signed-in session. Closing or refreshing the prototype clears its in-page interaction state.
This statement covers code controlled by the current website build. A future hosting platform may use strictly necessary security or routing mechanisms, but no deployment provider has been selected for this local validation version. Provider-specific storage must be documented and classified before the production environment is approved.
What counts as similar technology
Cookies are small values a website can ask a browser to retain. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, software development kits, device identifiers, and scripts that read or write information on a device. The current prototype uses ordinary in-memory page state and browser events without saving the brief to persistent storage.
The distinction matters because a technology can affect privacy even when it is not literally named a cookie. Future reviews must examine what is stored, its purpose, duration, recipient, and whether it is necessary. Renaming a tracker or placing it inside an embedded service does not remove the obligation to describe its behavior accurately.
Necessary storage
Strictly necessary storage may support security, load balancing, fraud prevention, accessibility choices, or a service explicitly requested by the visitor. The current website does not claim to use such storage. If a deployed host introduces a necessary mechanism, the operator must record its name, purpose, provider, duration, and scope.
Necessary technologies should remain limited to what the service actually requires. They must not be reused for advertising or unrelated measurement without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, consent. Tests should verify that disabling optional features does not silently leave non-essential identifiers behind.
Analytics and performance measurement
No remote analytics or session-recording provider is enabled. Local CustomEvents allow developers to confirm that interaction names and sanitized properties are structured correctly, but those events remain in the browser and are not a visitor tracking system. Brief text, email addresses, and private creative inputs are excluded from the approved event properties.
If analytics is introduced, the operator must define the question being measured, minimize collected fields, assess consent requirements, document the provider and retention period, and update this notice. A measurement tool should not be enabled merely because it is common; its value and privacy impact must be justified for this specific service.
Advertising, embeds, and third parties
The current pages contain no advertising pixel, behavioral marketing tag, social-media widget, or embedded third-party video player. Ordinary links can lead to another website, but the destination’s storage practices are outside this site’s control. Visitors should review those policies before interacting with an external service.
Future embeds require special review because they may contact a provider before a visitor presses play or signs in. Privacy-enhanced modes, click-to-load patterns, consent controls, and self-hosted alternatives should be considered. The public inventory must name every enabled third party instead of relying on a generic statement.
Browser controls and consent
Most browsers allow people to inspect, block, or delete stored website data. Those controls are useful but do not replace the operator’s responsibility to avoid unnecessary storage and provide an appropriate consent choice. Blocking all cookies can affect sites that need authentication, although the current Highsfield prototype has no account functionality.
If non-essential storage is added, consent must be as easy to refuse as to accept where applicable. The choice should be remembered only for a justified period, withdrawal should work, and optional scripts should remain inactive until the required choice is recorded. The interface and implementation must be tested together.
Changes and contact
This notice is effective 2026-08-26. It must be updated before enabling authentication, saved preferences, analytics, advertising, embedded providers, payments, or persistent projects. A new technology must not be released until the public inventory and any required controls accurately match its real behavior.
Questions about browser storage may be sent to support@highsfield.com. Avoid including passwords, financial details, confidential briefs, or sensitive personal information. The operator is domain, trading as Highsfield, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Review and change controls
- Highsfield cookies must describe the deployed website rather than a planned product roadmap.
- Review Highsfield cookies whenever a provider, data flow, browser technology, or public feature changes.
- Keep Highsfield cookies consistent with the public configuration, automated tests, and actual network behavior.
- Do not publish Highsfield cookies claims that depend on a vendor or retention period that has not been confirmed.
- Record the effective date when a material Highsfield cookies revision is approved for publication.
- Route questions about Highsfield cookies to the published support address without requesting unnecessary personal data.
- Check Highsfield cookies against the production build before every public release.
- Archive each approved Highsfield cookies version so material changes remain traceable.
Frequently asked questions

Will the prototype remember my campaign brief?
No. The current interaction state is not written to cookies or persistent browser storage.
When will this notice change?
It must change before any cookie, persistent storage, embed, account, analytics, or advertising technology is enabled.
