Acceptance and eligibility

By using this website, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept this agreement. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and remain responsible for the material entered and decisions made.

If you do not agree, do not use the prototype. The operator may change or discontinue this validation experience as the product direction is tested. Continued access is not guaranteed, and the absence of an account or payment does not create an entitlement to future features, support levels, or availability.

What the current service provides

The site accepts a short written brief and a selected priority, then uses deterministic browser logic to display a planning concept. The result can help a team discuss message, scene order, proof, and next steps. It is not a rendered video, a live model response, a professional production service, or evidence that a provider can create the proposed media.

Accounts, uploads, cloud storage, collaboration workspaces, payments, subscriptions, credits, exports, and live AI generation are not enabled. Descriptions of possible future workflows are planning context only. A feature becomes part of the service only when it is implemented and the relevant operational, privacy, licensing, and commercial facts are published.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may evaluate the prototype with material you own or are authorized to use. You may not use it for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, deception, malicious code, security testing without permission, or attempts to interfere with the website. Do not enter passwords, payment data, private identifiers, confidential records, or regulated information.

You are responsible for reviewing the planning text before relying on it. Do not present a prototype concept as completed media, verified advice, approved advertising copy, or a provider commitment. Any real campaign must receive appropriate creative, factual, legal, accessibility, brand, and platform review.

Intellectual property and submitted material

You retain responsibility for the ideas and text you choose to enter. You represent that your use does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights. Because the current site does not transmit or save the brief, it does not request a license to host that input as a stored project.

The Highsfield name, site design, original copy, logo, and software remain protected by applicable rights. Access to the website does not transfer ownership. Planning text shown by the deterministic prototype carries no promise of uniqueness, copyright eligibility, commercial clearance, or compatibility with the license of any future AI or production provider.

Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility

The website is provided for evaluation on an as-available basis. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, fitness for a particular campaign, production feasibility, audience performance, legal compliance, or commercial results. Examples are illustrative and must not be treated as customer outcomes or factual product claims.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the validation prototype. Because no account exists, the current site has no user dashboard or stored project termination process.
